About Your Life Coach
* I have 25+ years of guiding individuals, couples, and organizations in goal planning, spirituality, relationship dynamics, communication skills, stress management, life transitions, and career skills.
* My BA concentrated on the management of human resources; while my MA is in counseling. Both are from Spring Arbor University, MI. My counseling career is in mental health and addiction recovery. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Addiction/Drug Counselor. As a LIFE Coach, I am NOT your counselor.
* Helping people hellp themselves is a passion of mine. I believe in providing people with HOPE and ENCOURAGEMENT.
